Here's a simple tea which is also a good tonic.
A few leaves of White Sage, fresh or dried
A few Blades of Sweet Grass, Fresh or Dried ( for ease I cut this into bits about an inch long)
A few Pine Needles, fresh or dried.
Maple syrup or Honey to sweeten.
I find it easier to make in a pot but can be made by the mug.
Add the White Sage, Pine Needles and Sweet grass to freshly boiled water and allow to steep for a few minutes, the longer there left in they stronger it gets.
Once ready sweeten with the Maple Syrup or Honey to taste.
This you can drink hot or cold and helps when you need a general tonic or when you have a cold. It also tastes not bad.

Oh thank you for posting this.I am going to try this.
I've been wanting to put some herbs into my stone medicine wheel in the back yard. (25' circle)
We have sage growing here on the REZ,
Sweetgrass I will buy at a nursery,
Pine needles we have in the mountains on both sides of where I live.
I will let you know how I like it.
