Medicine Man Camp

I have set up a camp just outside of Grand Canyon National Park in the Kibab National Forest. I go into the park and see my people who are working in the park. Everyone is so happy to see me. As soon as I sit down to have breakfast in the cafeteria, my people come to me.

One of the reasons I am "out with my horses" is to do my work as an Medicine Man. That does mean some travel and camping out near where I am needed. Thus a I am very busy here in the Park and in my camp. I am enjoying my warm welcome here. This is good. Uneditied photo: June 18, 2016. Live on Location Grand Canyon AZ. Poor connection here makes uploding and enditing photos almost impossible.

Re: Medicine Man Camp

Today a tourist came to me wanting to teach a Hawaiian boy Native American "way". How can I do that? Each generation has their own hair. I told him to take the shuttle to the visitor center and look at an 3D image of Grand Mother Earth. Then walk on the rim trail. Walk through time, and see where we came from.

Re: Medicine Man Camp

I had to smile look at the date the photos you posted are probably from last year..Not August 13th this year..

I have been to the South rim in a vision initially when I met one of my guides.. It set me on a path to learn more.. Since then I have been in person to the South rim twice with 4 years inbetween visits.. Both times we went to the 'Watch Tower' I have also flown over the rim in a jet ranger helicoper.... You see so much that way and the colors are truly memorable and the feel is life changing.

I have spent a good time in Navajo lands and in particularin Monument Valley to see the sun come up over 'The three Sisters'...I have been there twice now and it holds a special place in my heart..
I know a couple of the navajo guides who drive the tourist in...  I have been on Lake Powell too.
