Its funny how we all see things differently.there again it wouldnt be right if we all saw it the same way

There are a lot of storied handed down about Devils Tower and Bear Bute..


There is a good way,  a bad way, and a better way.  For my path, I choose the better way..

I've been thinking about places of power too.  There are places where I see huge old trees that have been there more than 100 or 200 years even.  Perhaps a tree in the middle of a field that has been there for many generations.  Could this be a place of power?  There is something special about that place for a tree to grow so big.  Or maybe it is the tree itself, I am unsure.  There is a tree like that in my town that is very old and I wonder if it has been there since the town began.  I think about how many people may have poured their energy into the tree while taking care of it.  I have also seen very old trees bent into weird shapes that couldn't possibly be natural.  I then saw an article about how Indians used to bend trees  as markers of special places, signposts, etc.

I once played my flute at this Jeffery Pine near Lake Tahoe California. I also done ceremoney at this power place.
