Lights in the sky next to Blimp

Took this image on the way home from work on 1/12/16.
Just as I was coming to the entrance of the REZ.

Next image is the light close up.

This image the lights are in a bit different location.

My internet is not working - let me know if you can see all three photos.
All three are different.

Re: Lights in the sky next to Blimp

The image is sunlight reflecting and refracting off high altitude (30,000ft.) cirrus cloud. These clouds are made of ice crystals. In this photo they are to thin to show up where the sun is not reflecting off of them. The clouds are at a much higher altitude than the blimp.

Re: Lights in the sky next to Blimp

Really? I get these lights often in the am and sometimes in the afternoon.
I take a lot of photos that are burst shots.
What are the revolving dots on these circles then?
The seem to turn around.

Re: Lights in the sky next to Blimp

My internet is really slow right now. I'll post later.
Have to run back to town.
I feel much better today, had the flu yesterday, no energy.
Had to go to work today to prepare for Monday's payroll.
I have my event tomorrow with the  Peruvian Shaman Sat & Sun.

Re: Lights in the sky next to Blimp

In these photos we are seeing cirrus clouds not lenticular clouds. Lenticular clouds form form over mountain ranges and stay in one place. They are made when strong winds are lifted by a mountain range and form when the moisture in the wind condenses out in higher altitude. They have water vapor in them, rather than ice crystals. What I see here is common cirrus clouds. When the sun shines through them you can see a rainbow halo around the sun. When just a piece of the halo is seen as in the 1sr photos, it cam look like a UFO. Sundogs also form in cirrus clouds.
